ORDER - Transferring Action to Northern District of Indiana; The plaintiff, Ezekiel Taylor, is an inmate currently incarcerated at Miami Correctional Facility. In this action, he sues multiple defendants for a laundry-list of grievances. Dkt. 1. Many of the allegations relate to Mr. Taylor's claims that legal violations occurred in several cases that he litigated in the South Bend Division of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. See id. at 4-5. Many of the other allegations relate to claims about mistreatment that Mr. Taylor claims to have suffered at Miami Correctional Facility.
